Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped only after full payment has been received and confirmed. While we aim to dispatch as quickly as possible, dispatch times may vary depending on stock location and operational volume.
Do you offer same-day shipping?
In some cases, yes. If stock is available and payment is received early in the day, same-day shipping may be possible. However, we cannot guarantee this for every order.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to businesses across the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other international destinations upon request.
What are your return conditions?
As a B2B platform, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Faulty or damaged products must be reported within 3 business days after delivery.
Who covers the cost of return shipping?
In the event of an approved return, the buyer is typically responsible for return shipping unless agreed otherwise.

How do I place an order?
Once logged in, simply browse our product collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive a Proforma Invoice (PI) after placing the order.
Do I need to pay before the goods are shipped?
Yes. All orders must be fully prepaid via bank transfer. Shipping will only occur after payment is received in our ING Bank account.
Can I reserve stock?
Once an order is placed and a PI is sent, stock is reserved for 24 hours. If payment is not received within that time, the stock may be released to other customers.
How do I know how many items are in a carton?
Pack size information (e.g. "20 pcs per master carton") is listed on each product page. However, we ship per unit. Orders with smaller quantities may include loose stock.
What currencies do you support?
Our prices are displayed and invoiced in Euros (€).

Do the product images represent the exact item?
Images are for reference only. Product packaging, region version (e.g., EU/FR/International), and barcodes may vary.
How accurate is the product availability shown on the website?
Stock levels can change rapidly. The quantity confirmed on your Proforma Invoice is the valid amount reserved for your order.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, but only for verified wholesale clients placing large volume orders. Contact us via the “Buying in volume?” link on product pages.
What types of products do you sell?
We specialize in smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, audio devices, gaming accessories, cables, and other consumer electronics.
Are all items brand new?
Yes, all products are factory sealed (unless clearly stated otherwise) and brand new.
Payments & VAT

What payment methods are available?
We only accept bank transfers. Details will be shared in your Proforma Invoice.
Do your prices include VAT?
VAT is not included in the listed price. Intra-EU B2B sales are invoiced with 0% VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism. Dutch customers are subject to 21% VAT unless they are VAT-exempt. VAT will be clearly shown on your PI.
