Refund policy

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all B2B transactions conducted on www.powerchasebv.nl by verified business customers. As a wholesale business operating under Dutch and EU law, we do not operate under consumer return frameworks. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:

  • Goods received are defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • Goods are incorrect or not as per the confirmed order.

All return requests must be submitted in writing to contact@powerchasebv.nl within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or over-ordering.

  • Stock bought for speculative resale.

  • Items sold on clearance, final stock, or marked as “non-returnable.”


2. Conditions for Accepting Returns

To be eligible for return:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in factory-sealed packaging.

  • Include all accessories, documents, and outer cartons.

  • Goods must be returned within 7 days of return approval.

Returned goods will be inspected upon arrival. Power Chase B.V. reserves the right to:

  • Reject any return that does not meet the above conditions, or

  • Apply a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product value for cases such as:

    • Wrongly ordered items.

    • Packaging or documentation not intact.

    • Administrative handling and re-stocking costs.


3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Email contact@powerchasebv.nl with your order number, product name(s), quantity, and reason for return.

  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Ship the product to:

    Graafstroomstraat 53C, 3044 AP, Rotterdam, Netherlands

Do not return goods without prior authorization. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.


4. Shipping and Liability

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error by Power Chase B.V.

  • The buyer is responsible for proper packaging and arranging insured shipping.

  • Risk of loss remains with the buyer until the goods are physically received and inspected by Power Chase B.V.

  • Power Chase B.V. is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged returns in transit.


5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds cover the product price only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval, but never later than 20 business days, depending on payment provider processing times.


6. Exchanges

Power Chase B.V. does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order after receiving your refund.


7. Legal Framework

  • This Returns & Refunds Policy is governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

  • Consumer cooling-off rights (such as the EU 14-day return rule) do not apply to business transactions.

  • Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the competent courts of Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
