2. Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Important: Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability and operational capacity.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays in the Netherlands.
3. Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items as quickly as possible after processing.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

United Kingdom: 3–6 business days (subject to customs clearance)

United States: 2–4 business days (subject to customs clearance)
These are average estimated delivery times only and are subject to variation due to factors beyond our control (customs, carrier delays, peak periods, etc.). They are not guaranteed delivery windows.
Power Chase B.V. cannot be held liable for any losses or damages incurred due to late deliveries. Our liability for delayed, lost, or damaged shipments is strictly limited to the replacement value of the goods shipped, excluding indirect or consequential losses.
4. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We work with trusted courier partners such as UPS, FedEx, and local logistics providers.
The specific carrier used may vary depending on order size, destination, and availability.
Tracking numbers will be provided upon dispatch via email.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.

For bulk orders or pallet shipments, a customized shipping quote may be required.
6. Customer Obligations

Ensure that all delivery address details are accurate and complete.

Be available to receive the shipment or authorize someone to do so on your behalf.

Inspect packages upon delivery and report any visible damage or missing items within 24 hours.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For shipments to the United Kingdom and United States, import duties, customs fees, or taxes may apply.

Shipments outside the EU may also be subject to such charges, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Power Chase B.V. is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
8. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Shipments
While we take every measure to ensure timely and safe delivery, delays or issues may occur due to factors outside our control.

In the event of a delay, missing shipment, or visible damage, please notify us within 24 hours at contact@powerchasebv.nl, including clear images, your order number, and tracking details.

Power Chase B.V. will assist in filing claims with the carrier, but the final resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation and decision.
9. Undeliverable Packages / Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the shipment, or failed delivery attempts, all costs related to the return, storage, and re-delivery will be borne by the buyer.

If the failed delivery is due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the buyer, Power Chase B.V. accepts no liability.
10. Pallet / Bulk Shipments
For wholesale or high-volume orders requiring pallet shipment, please contact us in advance to coordinate logistics.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring suitable unloading equipment and staff are available at the delivery location.
Power Chase B.V. accepts no liability for damage, loss, or costs arising from insufficient unloading facilities at the delivery address.
11. Force Majeure
Power Chase B.V. is not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, strikes, carrier disruptions, war, pandemics, or government restrictions.
In such cases, our obligations will be suspended without liability until conditions allow fulfillment.
