Welcome to Power Chase B.V. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Power Chase B.V., headquartered at Graafstroomstraat 53C, 3044 AP, Rotterdam, Netherlands.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, tools, and B2B platform (the “Services”), which are hosted and technically supported by Shopify.

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy (collectively, the “Policies”).

1. Eligibility, Access & Accounts

  • Our Services are available exclusively for business customers (B2B transactions).

  • By registering, you confirm you are a duly authorized representative of a registered business with a valid VAT/registration number.

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep account credentials secure.

  • You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

2. B2B-Only Platform

  • We do not provide services to consumers or individual retail buyers.

  • Consumer protection laws (such as EU 14-day cooling-off periods) do not apply to purchases made on this platform.

3. Product Information & Listings

  • We strive to provide accurate product details, but descriptions, images, availability, specifications, region codes, and packaging may vary by stock source.

  • EANs, SKUs, and model details must always be verified by the buyer before purchase.

  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur and we reserve the right to correct them without liability.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to review and acceptance by us at our sole discretion.

  • Order confirmation emails are acknowledgements, not acceptance.

  • Orders are accepted only after full prepayment is received.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order without liability, except to refund prepaid amounts.

5. Prices, Taxes & Billing

  • All prices are quoted in Euros (€), excluding VAT, shipping, duties, and local taxes unless expressly stated.

  • Buyers are responsible for all applicable taxes, import duties, and customs fees in their jurisdiction.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy.

  • All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the shipment is handed to the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are subject exclusively to our Returns & Refunds Policy, available on our website.

  • Certain items (e.g., clearance, customized, or non-returnable goods) are strictly excluded.

  • All returns must follow the stated procedure; unauthorized returns will be refused.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content (text, logos, graphics, designs, product data, etc.) is the property of Power Chase B.V. or its licensors.

  • No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Tools & Links

10. Hosting by Shopify

  • Our Services are hosted by Shopify Inc.

  • Shopify provides infrastructure and data processing but is not responsible for your transactions with us.

11. Feedback & Submissions

  • If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without obligation or compensation.

  • You confirm you own all rights to materials you submit.

12. Errors & Omissions

  • We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without liability.

  • This includes pricing, availability, product information, and order details.

13. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.

  • Cross-border customers agree not to initiate proceedings in any other jurisdiction.
